Patient Case Details

This woman in her 40s had bilateral mastectomies because of right-sided breast cancer.  Initially, she opted for an implant reconstruction.  Unfortunately, her right implant became infected and needed to be removed.  This left her scarred and asymmetric. I used her belly tissue Stacked DIEP Flap to replace the skin and volume of her right breast.  Here we see her following nipple tattoos, with an excellent outcome.

Individual results may vary.
